Established in 1975 and based in Hertfordshire W S Jackson & Associates provides dispute resolution services and construction cost consultancy to Public and Private Sector clients.

Public Sector experience includes:

  • Major contract engagements working with NPS South East Ltd and HMG Department for Education on schools and early years infrastructure. Consultancy services and technical advice to Local Authorities in the UK in matters relating to strategic project management, procurement, project programming, framework agreements, tenancy, capacity, estimating, construction and consultant involvement. Provision of expert advice to HMG DfE in connection with its Schools Academies programme.
  • Responsible for advising HMG Employment Service on service re-engineering transformation programme (1994-1997) providing physical audits on construction projects and consultants, preparing pre-acquistion feasibility studies and value engineering reports, health and safety advice, insurance advice and structural, fire safety and maintenance advice.
  • Project management of new-build single and multi-story buildings for the HMG Employment Service.
  • Provision of Quantity Surveying services to the University of Warwick, HMG Employment Service, and Local Authorities including the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Camden and Harrow and Dover District Council.

 

Private Sector experience includes the provision of cost consultancy, project management and dispute resolution services to a wide range of Clients including:

  • International Retailers and Restaurateurs on projects in Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Holland, Eire, and the UK
  • UK Commercial Office Developers
  • UK Industrial and Warehousing Developers
  • UK Leisure Clients in the provision of Hotels and Sporting facilities

Mediation and Expert Witness experience includes:

a) Mediating:
