The Guards Polo Club, is the largest polo club in Europe, and it has as its President Prince Philip. The new Clubhouse in Windsor Great Park, which was officially opened by HM the Queen on 26 April 2009, incorporates a restaurant and bar for members and guests, changing rooms and showers and offices for management and staff. Contract works also included a new car park and external works.

I cannot overestimate the value of Stephen Jackson's careful management of the contractual minefield which this presented, and he can claim a great deal of the credit for steering the project to an ultimately successful conclusion.
